Emergencies don’t come with a warning, do they?

Imagine walking into your office, school, apartment building, or hospital to find water pouring from the ceiling, mold creeping up the walls, or a hazardous material threatening the safety of everyone inside. In high-stakes moments like these, the clock is ticking. Every minute of downtime means lost revenue, displaced employees or tenants, and mounting stress. There’s no time to shop around for a trusted partner. There needs to be one in place–ready to go.

That’s why we exist. We don’t just provide recovery solutions—we save the spaces that shelter, teach, heal, and change your world. It’s our single purpose.

That’s where you come in.

Why You’ll Love Coming to Work:

As a Client Solutions Manager, your job is to stay top of mind so that when an emergency happens, we’re the first call. Success here isn’t about quick transactional wins—it’s about building trust, maintaining relationships, and navigating a long sales cycle. You’ll be out in the field, dropping by properties, strengthening connections with existing clients, and opening doors with new contacts. That means playing the long game—being present, proactive, and always one step ahead.

We already have a database of potential clients, so you won’t be starting from scratch–but it’s up to you to find the right contacts, build rapport, and keep relationships warm even when there’s no immediate crisis. You’ll have clear targets with the flexibility to approach our proven process in your own way—whether that means introducing yourself to a facility manager, following up with an affordable housing client managing 50 locations, or securing a Master Service Agreement before they need it.

And the best part? When an emergency happens, the relationships you’ve built ensure our clients get immediate help, minimizing damage and getting back to business—fast.

What You’re Excited to Bring With You:

When disaster strikes, we don’t want prospects scrambling for options. We want them to think, I know exactly who to call. That means you don’t wait for the phone to ring. You’re the kind of person who shows up. You check in, drop by and find ways to add value even when there’s no immediate need.

You understand that deals aren’t won overnight. You don’t get discouraged when a prospect says, “not right now”. You keep the conversation warm, finding creative ways to stay relevant.

With experience in property management, facilities, construction, or restoration, you’ve sold into commercial building services before like HVAC, plumbing, janitorial, or similar, so you know how to navigate the layers of decision-makers inside a facility. You’re comfortable talking to anyone from a shop floor supervisor to a C-suite executive, and you know how to work through champions to get buy-in where it matters. You follow a structured sales process, making the CRM your best friend, because you know that discipline and consistency win in a long sales cycle.

You’re comfortable being on the move—dropping off materials, walking job sites, or joining facility walkthroughs. That may mean lifting or carrying 30 lbs or more. Other times, you may be stationary for extended periods while logging client notes, writing follow-ups or reviewing site reports.

If you’re a relationship-driven hunter who thrives on being the first call when it matters most, you’ll love it here!

Location:

We are centralized in San Francisco. To make collaborating a breeze, you live in the Bay Area and have a valid California Driver’s License so you can easily manage your territory (either the East Bay or South Bay). While you may visit the office 1-2x/week for sales or other team meetings, you can expect to be in the field most of the time.

How We’ll Take Care of You:

We know that when you feel supported, you do your best work. This role offers a base salary of $85,000 plus uncapped commission, with total earnings around $110,000 or more based on performance. You’ll receive a vehicle allowance and gas card, so you can focus on doing what you do best–building relationships in the field.

We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage because your health (and your family’s) is a priority. We invest in your future with a 401K match and make sure you have the time to recharge with two weeks of PTO from day one, increasing over time. You’ll also enjoy remote flexibility, giving you the freedom to plan your day in a way that works best for you. Plus, we’ll provide you with a company laptop and phone so you have everything you need to stay connected.

At the end of the day, we don’t just want you to love what you do—we want you to love the life you’re building while doing it.

Join Us:

We back you up with one of the fastest response times in the industry—just 61 minutes on average—because when disaster hits, every second counts. We’re also asbestos-certified first responders, meaning we can assume its presence and act accordingly. Other companies? They have to stop, test, and set up additional containment or hire a subcontractor, delaying the process. We don’t. We keep the job rolling, minimizing downtime and getting businesses back to work faster.

Feeling energized about this opportunity? We invite you to apply and can’t wait to meet you!

EEOC:

Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the requirements, women and other underrepresented people tend to apply only when they match every criterion. If you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every check box in this job description, we encourage you to still apply. We'd like to learn more about you and see if you could be a great fit for Ideal.
