We're looking for talented individuals to join our team at The Salmonberry, a local hotspot located on the Wheeler waterfront.

We're seeking FOH & BOH crew members who can effectively manage their position, assist their team members as necessary, and provide outstanding customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Pizza cook: Prepare wood-fired pizzas and other menu items
• Dough management: Manage dough inventory and preparation
• Wood-fired oven: Operate the wood-fired oven to achieve perfect pizzas
• Shellfish shucker: Shuck shellfish and prepare them for service
• Food runner: Run food from the kitchen to the dining area
• Busser: Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
• Barback: Assist bartenders with drink preparation and service

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry or related field
• Ability to commit to working weekends and evenings
• OR food handler permit and OLCC permit
• Neat, punctual, agile, and comfortable working in a busy environment
