Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception & Check-In/Out: Greet guests warmly, check them in and out, and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit.
- Telephone & Appointment Management: Answer phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and make confirmation calls daily.
- Proactive Service: Anticipate and address guests' needs, offering personalized service that exceeds expectations.
- Maintain Reception Area: Keep the front desk and surrounding areas tidy, organized, and free of clutter.
- Cash Handling & Sales: Open, close, and balance the cash drawer; assist with sales goals and track performance.
- Student Coaching: Teach students the importance of guest handling, and ensure they are equipped with the skills to succeed.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory processes and maintain a well-organized retail area.
- Collaboration: Attend team meetings, training events, and sales events as directed by leadership.
