Heading into it's 9th spring/summer season, The Salt Line Navy yard is one of the premier waterfront dining and drinking establishments in DC and THE go to spot for The Nats, DC United and all the Navy Yard sporting and stadium events. Candidates ideally have a minimum of 1-2 years of comparable restaurant manager experience, but we are also very interested in meeting candidates with strong foh service and hospitality experience looking to take the next step into management.
All candidates, first and foremost, are excellent team players, have a passion for guest service, and take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Ideal candidates have both fine dining and high volume experience, enjoy working in a dynamic and energetic environment, possess strong leadership skills, have a collaborative team mentality, are highly efficient and organized with a sharp attention to detail. and bring a genuine enthusiasm for all things Food, Beverage, and Hospitality.
This position will work closely with the General Manager in opening and closing the restaurant, supervising the daily shifts and operations, staff support and development, and above all ensuring the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
