- Ensure high-quality food production and service
- Implement and maintain budgeting strategies
- Supervise staff and provide leadership
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Utilize Clover POS system for efficient order processing
*Skills*
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Experience in butcher store, grocery operations
- Familiarity with Clover POS system is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of butchery skills and breakdown of primal cuts
- Understanding of food production processes
