OVERVIEW :
The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for helping along with the members of the maintenance team in keeping the facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered after they have a chance to worsen. This position will be required to perform a wide range of repair tasks around a facility.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Advanced Technical / Vocational Training or Proven knowledge learned through hands-on experience in facility grounds and vehicle maintenance
- Preferable 2-5 years in facilities maintenance / construction
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Able to successfully pass a Criminal Background Check

Must have the ability to operate telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
