Education and Work Experience :
High School Diploma or equivalent required

Scope of Position :
The Facilities Manager is responsible to the Executive Director for the care and maintenance of the Coos Bay Corps properties including all buildings, quarters, vehicles, and equipment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :
- Able to provide positive supervision and leadership to maintenance volunteers and staff.
- Work cooperatively with centers staff, directors, participants, volunteers and officers.
- Extensive maintenance and building experience.
- Able to follow through on assignments and projects.
- Desirably, have a business background and experience to do the necessary work with economy of expenses.
- Valid Oregon Class C Driver’s License always during employment.

The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat / cold, tolerate loud, noisy children, and participate in seasonal, and after-hours events or activities. This position requires you to be on your feet frequently throughout the day.
