SCOPE OF POSITION: Provide a positive and productive environment for the preparation of goods to be distributed through our Social Service Program.

- Supervise Warehouse Coordinator - ensure Food Pantry goods are circulated, distributed and recorded properly.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Coordinating volunteers
- Accurate record keeping
- Needs to maintain food handlers permit
- Ability to use Wellsky and AP Workflow
- Customer Service Mindset
- Ability and willingness to keep information confidential
- Basic Bookkeeping skills
- Grants writing experience
- Supervisory duties for Warehouse Coordinator position
- Able to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on intermittent or continuous basis
- Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as food boxes
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to communicate both written and oral information
