Position Summary : The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible to maintain the dining room during camp meal service.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Supervise and assist in the operation of the dining room
- Ensure that dining room cleaned and restocked after each meal
- Sweep, mop and remove trash after each meal
- Assist with putting away inventory and supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
