The Kroc Center is seeking a responsible and dependable individual to join our team as a Building Supervisor . This position plays a key role in maintaining facility operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. As part of the Kroc Center team, you will help create life-changing experiences for our community by supporting a mission-driven organization dedicated to sharing the love of Jesus in all that we do.
Responsibilities :
- Open and close the Kroc Center , ensuring the facility is clean and secure
- Assist with event setup and takedown , including basic A / V equipment operation
- Perform light maintenance and custodial duties
- Supervise staff, members, and guests to ensure safety and compliance with facility policies
- Act as the Manager on Duty , handling guest concerns and troubleshooting issues
- Serve as a first responder to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with authorities as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service , assisting guests and supporting frontline staff
- Uphold the mission of the Kroc Center by fostering a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all
