- Deliver high-quality group fitness classes that cater to a variety of fitness levels and interests, including but not limited to cardio, strength training, HIIT, yoga, dance, and aqua fit.
- Create and implement effective workout routines that are safe, challenging, and enjoyable for participants.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to participants, ensuring proper form and technique.
- Motivate and inspire participants to reach their fitness goals by offering guidance, support, and encouragement.
- Maintain a clean and organized fitness studio environment before, during, and after classes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and industry developments to continually enhance class offerings.
- Ensure the safety of participants by closely monitoring their movements and providing modifications or alternatives when necessary.
- Establish a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all participants feel welcome and supported.
Aquatics Schedule:
Thursdays and Fridays at 8am
Class Description: A high energy water fitness class with alternating cardio and resistance exercises to increase strength and stamina.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am
Requires a WaterinMotion Certification.
Class Description: This pre-choreographed class is an exciting workout that combines cardio training with muscle toning in the water. Benefits of a high energy, calorie burning workout without the pull that gravity plays on the body.
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor or relevant fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA).
- Proven experience leading group fitness classes in a variety of formats.
- Knowledge and experience with aquatic fitness programs
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and proper exercise techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different fitness levels and modify exercises as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional fitness experiences.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
