Position Summary
The Salvation Army Northern Division Noble Corps Maintenance Custodian is responsible for performing cleaning, minor maintenance, and groundskeeping. The Custodian is also responsible for transporting donations and supplies.

Essential Functions (approximate time spent)
- Perform custodial duties to maintain clean, tidy, and sanitary conditions throughout the building. (70%)
- Load, unload, and drive food / donation deliveries. (10%)
- Maintain vehicle fleet, including cleaning and scheduling maintenance. (5%)
- Perform minor repair work to maintain safety and within scope of training / regulations. (5%)
- Assist with special / seasonal events, including room set up, driving supplies, etc. (5%)
- Maintain grounds, including snow / ice removal. (5%)

Regular local travel by agency or personal vehicle. Rare out-of-area travel.
