Job Objective:
We are seeking a dedicated Store Processor to join our Retail Sales team. In this role, you will process donated goods in the back room of our store or warehouse, following all Salvation Army procedures. You will provide excellent customer service to our shoppers and donors while maintaining a clean and well-organized work and shopping environment.
Essential Functions:
- Sort, tag, and price merchandise as instructed
- Track production numbers and report in the assigned location
- Move priced merchandise to the floor for display and stocking
- Assist donors with donations, complete donation receipts, and track donor information
- Power sort donations into correct bins
- Receive ARC Center Trucks and assist in loading, unloading, and moving products
- Maintain clean work and storage spaces
- Follow all Salvation Army policies regarding merchandise sales
- Assist in keeping the floor stocked and putting out new merchandise
- Work to meet daily production goals for the store
- Be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or currently pursuing
- Ability to speak, write, and understand English for effective communication
- Basic computer skills, including the use of payroll programs
- Ability to follow instructions and deal with various concrete situations
- Basic math skills
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
$12.50/ hr.
29 hrs/week

Physical Requirements:
- Regularly stand, use hands, and communicate
- Frequently walk and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
Working Conditions:
- Store environment with quiet to moderate noise level
- May experience dusty conditions and temperature fluctuations
- May stand for extended periods
