Camp Experience Facilitator
At The Salvation Army Northwoods Camp, we are committed to providing a unique and rewarding summer camp experience for our youth participants. As a Camp Experience Facilitator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our programs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support Camp Activities: Assist with the planning and implementation of camp activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Monitor Camper Safety: Maintain a watchful eye on campers at all times, addressing any health or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain Equipment: Regularly inspect and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and readily available for use.
- Assist with Meal Service: Help kitchen staff with meal preparation, setup, serving, and cleanup, ensuring efficient and timely meal operations.
- Oversight of Critters Snack Shop: Supervise the daily tasks of the Critters Snack Shop, ensuring smooth services and inventory checks.
- Coordinate Schedules and Tasks: Work with management to schedule and assign tasks for other program aides, ensuring a smooth and positive camp experience.
- Foster Positive Relationships: Develop strong relationships with campers and colleagues, promoting a supportive and inclusive camp atmosphere.
