- High school or equivalent
- Technical school education in construction or building maintenance related to trade
- Minimum 1-year experience in the grounds, facility maintenance or construction field
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Physically able to do rigorous manual labor, including lifting to 50lbs.
- Experience and skill in the use of shop equipment, snowplow operation, and lawn power equipment, and other maintenance equipment.
- Technical skills such as carpentry, plumbing, etc.
- Must be able to use common power and hand tools
- Experience installing and replacing basic plumbing systems
- Must be comfortable working in the water (Lake Massapoag) in depths that may be overhead
- Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License.
- Must obtain DOT Medical Card w/in 90 days of employment
Salary : $20 - $23
