Overview
Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Monday-Friday. Office located in Delaware, OH.
Salary: $18.00 per hour a fantastic benefit package*
Job Focus: Provides short to medium-term home-based case management to homeless families and families in housing crisis in Region 10 counties. Case Management services include life skills training, case plan goal development, budgeting, employment search and preparation, referral and linkage to community resources and transporting clients. Other duties include processing client intake and assessment forms, and data collection maintenance.

Qualifications
Requirements/Qualifications:
- An understanding of and passion for The Salvation Army’s Mission
- Licensed social worker, preferred. But willing to train if no license.
- Associate degree or higher in Social Work or related field, preferred, willing to train the right candidate.
- Experience working with persons facing housing crisis and/or homelessness, preferred or we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be ablet o demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with a diverse population.
- Valid Ohio Driver’s license and the ability obtain and maintain driving privileges per Salvation Army insurance standards.
