STATUS : FT Non-Exempt
MISSION STATEMENT :

QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years experience working with youth, ages 5-18 in a religious setting.
- A demonstrated ability to relate and to work with youth of diverse backgrounds between 5 and 18 years of age as well as their parents and volunteers.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to carry out multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be self-motivated and self-directed with the ability and desire to take projects from beginning through completion.
- Current First Aid & CPR certification. If not current, then certification must be obtained within two months of hire.
- Valid Nevada driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record.
- Must pass a background check and certify in The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program annually.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate a telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
