Essential Functions (Approximate time spent)
- Adult Ministries Oversight (40%) : Promote and increase participation in adult ministries, worship services, and volunteer opportunities.
- Worship and Christian Education (20%) : Lead and participate in worship services, Christian education programs, preaching, teaching, and supporting others in these roles.
- Community Engagement (15%) : Build partnerships and represent The Salvation Army to increase community involvement in programming, activities, and volunteering.
- Budget Management (5%) : Ensure fiscal responsibility by managing budgets and monitoring expenditures.
- Soldiership and Salvation Army Doctrine (5%) : Participate in Soldiership classes to deepen the understanding of The Salvation Army's beliefs and teachings.
- Program Evaluation (5%) : Collect feedback and data to evaluate program success and implement improvements.
