JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Business Analysis leverages advanced analytics, business intelligence, and reporting to support divisional Advancement strategies. This position focuses on enhancing data integration, donor engagement, and operational efficiency by providing actionable insights and optimizing technology systems. The Director of Business Analysis collaborates with the territory and commands / field units to advance areas of constituent relationship management (CRM) technology, reporting and analytics, and data management across the division.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead the development and execution of advanced analytics projects to support donor engagement and divisional fundraising strategies.
2. Collaborate with the Divisional Senior Director of Advancement Services to align analytics and reporting efforts with donor engagement strategies.
3. Use predictive analytics, donor segmentation, and data visualization tools to inform strategic decision-making.
4. Oversee the creation and refinement of reporting systems to ensure clarity, accuracy, and actionable insights.
5. Develop and track performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term divisional goals.
6. Facilitate the integration of data across systems to enhance donor segmentation, campaign tracking, and reporting.
7. Manage the administration and continuous improvement of Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) systems to support data-driven decision-making.
8. Optimize CRM systems for donor data integration, campaign tracking, and performance monitoring.
9. Establish and maintain processes for collecting, managing, and responding to requests and system-related issues.
10. Develop project plans and utilize project management methodologies to deliver timely results.
11. Work with Divisional Senior Director of Advancement Services to define and implement requirements that enhance efficiency and support divisional goals.
12. Act as a representative of The Salvation Army in all external and internal interactions related to this position, exemplifying the organization's mission, values, and commitment to serving the community.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Education : Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience : 5 years of experience in advanced analytics, reporting, and analysis.
