Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to process donated goods in our store or warehouse while delivering exceptional customer service to shoppers and donors.
Main Responsibilities
- Goods Processing: Sort, tag, and price merchandise according to instructions and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors, handling each transaction with accuracy and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
- Donation Assistance: Assist donors with their donations, complete receipts, collect donor information, and track donors.
- Warehouse Operations: Power sort donations into correct bins, receive and assist with ARC Center Trucks, load, unload, and move product to designated departments.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain clean work and storage spaces, follow Salvation Army policies, and assist with restocking shelves and meeting production goals.
