About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate Manager in our warehouse. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing donations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing excellent customer service to our shoppers and donors.
Key Responsibilities
- Tracks production numbers and reports in the assigned location
- Moves priced merchandise to floor for display and stocking or to the designated shipping location in the warehouse
- Maintain clean work and storage spaces
- Follows all Salvation Army policies regarding the sale of merchandise
Requirements
- Ability to speak, write, and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication
- Basic computer skills, including but not limited to the use of payroll program
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Work Environment
The work environment for this position is a store environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. The environment may be dusty and may experience temperature fluctuations based on weather.
