Position Overview
The Warehouse Processing Supervisor oversees the production process and personnel, focusing on meeting established processing quotas and operational goals. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with supervisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse team members, assigning daily tasks and ensuring completion of processing goals
- Train new team members on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and processing expectations
- Perform quality control inspections to maintain high product standards
- Track and report production metrics at scheduled intervals
- Manage inventory rotation and maintain organized warehouse spaces
- Coordinate with management on supply orders and processing schedules
- Implement strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly processing goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Support loss prevention efforts and maintain proper inventory control procedures
