The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is an equal opportunity employer seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our thrift store, including processing and preparing donated goods for sale.
Key responsibilities include sorting, tagging, and pricing merchandise according to established guidelines, tracking and reporting production numbers in assigned locations, and maintaining clean work and storage spaces. You will also be required to move processed merchandise to sales floors for display or to designated shipping locations.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong English communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to learn new systems. You should also have basic math skills and be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
