Case Manager for Anti-Human Trafficking Regional Area

Classification: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, 25-29 hours/week

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Job Focus: The Salvation Army Central Ohio is seeking to fill a part time Case Manager position in several local counties. This position will provide emergency response services and case management to victims of human trafficking, including conducting intake, developing a safety plan, addressing basic needs, linking to medical care and counseling, developing and implementing a service plan. Additionally, this position will assist group therapy programming in local county jails and provide staff support for 24-hour emergency hotline.

Qualifications

• An understanding of and passion for The Salvation Army’s Mission
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, preferred
• Licensed Social Worker in the State of Ohio, preferred
• Experience working with victims of human trafficking or victims of other traumatic crimes, such as domestic violence or sexual assault is preferred.
• Experience working effectively in cross-cultural settings
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skill
• At least 21 years old with a valid Ohio Driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain driving privileges per Salvation Army insurance standards.
