About the Job
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Program Aide. In this role, you will work closely with the Camp Program Director to plan, coordinate, and supervise activities related to programming. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of campers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate camp programs based on changing needs of campers.
- Counsel staff and campers in conflict resolution and keep the Camp Program Director abreast of conflicts affecting daily operations.
- Develop, implement, train, and enforce program and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Ability to work irregular hours and live in a camp setting.
- Willingness to operate in daily exposure to sun and heat and varying environmental conditions.
