About this opportunity: (Seasonal)
Campaigned to co-plan and coordinate the delivery of program activities and events. Co-monitored the implementation of overall camp operation at the direction of the Camp Program Director. Schemed and delivered program activities that were safe, fun and age-appropriate for campers.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensured programs ran smoothly in compliance with established procedures.
- Performed all duties according to prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines and American Camp Association (ACA) accreditation standards.
- Planned, developed, coordinated, implemented and evaluated camp programs based on changing needs of campers; developed programs or assisted leaders in developing programs to target enrolled campers.
- Counseled staff and campers in conflict resolution; kept the Camp Program Director informed of conflicts affecting daily operations.
What we are looking for in you: Two years progressively responsible experience administering and developing youth programs preferred, or any equivalent combination of training and experience providing required knowledge, skills and abilities.
