QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field strongly preferred
- Background in community relations activities, budgeting, program development & emergency services
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft office suite
- Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and circumstances
- Ability to assess at risk participants and situations
- Comprehensive knowledge of TSA and local community resources
- Successful background clearance
- Ability to motivate others
- Ability to take charge and direct large groups in stressful situations
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must possess a current Arizona driver's license w / a clean driving record
- Must be able to travel extensively

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
