LOCATION : Camp Ponderosa Ranch, Heber Arizona
STATUS : FT / 30-40hrs / wk / Hourly

QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma / GED required
- Formal food service Training strongly preferred
- Must have 4-6 years experience in food service production and management
- Will exemplify a character rooted in respect, patience, & sensitivity towards a diverse population
- Ability to lead staff and volunteers with a variety of skill levels and dispositions
- Demonstratable meal planning and implementation for rental groups and summer camp
- Must provide high-quality meals for large groups (serving up to 300 individuals per meal)
- Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety and Llead others to do so as well
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and tactful communication at all times
- Ability to lead and work alongside teenagers and young adults seasonally
- Must maintain Food Service Manager Certification once acquired
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must have a valid AZ Driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours Including nights and weekends
RESPONSIBILITIES :

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
