About the role

We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Contract Services Coordinator! You will coordinate contract processes and funding applications to support endorsement of tenders.

Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, this is a permanent full-time position, based in Blackburn, VIC.

You will successfully

• Prepare new documents, review existing documents and advise on appropriateness of terms and conditions, KPI’s, Compliance items and outcomes associated with the delivery of funded services
• Advise Heads of Department, General State Managers, and Service Managers on Compliance requirements within Agreements, confirming they are documented within the contract management system
• Work with PRSJ Contract Services team members in areas of expertise, contributing to the developmen of processes and procedures
• Take responsibility for specific areas of Contracts and processes as required
• Support the development and submission of Tenders and Grants as required
• Manage documentation through the Zen-desk system, using agreed processes and time-frames

You will have

• Tertiary level qualification in relevant discipline or Proven experience in related field
• Experience, (2 years plus) in community services sector
• Demonstrated knowledge of contract management practices and protocols
• Demonstrated abilities in compliance management and/or legislative change
• A current and valid VIC Working with Children Check
