Position Type: Full Time Hourly – Monday and Tuesday 7am to 3:30pm, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 2pm to 10:30pm
Sunday and Wednesday OFF
Pay Range: $22/hr

About this opportunity:
Monitors assigned caseload of clients participating in a short-term life management program in conjunction with the Homeless Outreach Team (HOT) partnership.
Key responsibilities:
- Establishes program plan/goals and evaluates client’s progress by conducting routine meetings with client(s) and/or other Salvation Army staff or those assigned by partner agencies.
- Serves as advocate for client in order to acquire abilities and skills that will enable them to cope with their environment functionally.
- Ability to work on a team and communicate effectively.
- Two years of college coursework from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or a related field and
- Two years experience working in a social or public service environment with experience assisting the public or
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Limited amount of physical effort required associated with walking, standing, lifting and carrying light objects (less than 25 lbs.) 5-10% of work time.
