Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our team in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding how to time manage. We are production driven and need to meet a daily and weekly quota to make our store successful. Looking for someone who is will to be hands on and help their team achieve their goals. Positivity is a must and willing to take direction as given.
Duties
- Time manage the team with the multiple tasks needed throughout the day
- Communicate with management daily
- Lead the team to success by being able to trouble shoot
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within retail or a related field.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and stock management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and staff.
