Scope of Position :
This position is part of the Finance department under the supervision of the Grants & Contracts Accountant. The Grants & Contracts Billing Specialist is primarily responsible for :

Essential Functions :
The Grant & Contract Billings Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
Software-related skills : Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Ability to use new software programs with basic training. Would be nice to have :
Shelby Accounting system, Vivid reporting system, Portfolio Donor Management system.
Physical Requirements : Ability to maneuver and Ability to remain in a stationary position, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on intermittent or continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull, and reach overhead. Ability to operate telephone. Ability to lift 25 pounds, ability to access and produce information from a computer, and ability to understand written information.
