Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Services Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our Long Point Camp. This is an on-call position that requires flexibility and a strong ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight to rental groups and summer camp through food service supervision and guest relations.
- Manage all paperwork required for the kitchen, including menu planning, ordering, storage, preparation, serving, and cleaning of all foods and food services.
- Work with the LPC Retreat & Conference Center Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of rental weekends.
- Provide supervision for kitchen staff and cook for small groups as needed.
- Maintain personal appearance and adhere to all personal policies and practices as presented in the Long Point Camp Staff Manual.
Requirements:
- Skilled in communications via telephone and computer.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet productivity standards.
- Ability to relate and respond to employees, management, and leadership.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in daily operations.
