Our Eastern Territorial Headquarters . Department has a new opportunity for an IT Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM / BA). The IT Project Manager / Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business problems, processes and challenges assigned by the Territorial IT Director, Portfolio, Program, and Project Management.
This is an onsite position (West Nyack, NY) requiring approximately 35 hours of work per week and may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Fully understand current state business processes and challenges from the stakeholder(s).
- Partner with key stakeholders to determine priorities and challenges.
- Gather and document business requirements and risks / issues.
- Manage project status reporting for assigned Projects.
- Coordinate, manage stakeholder (including outside vendors on occasions) meetings and coordinate activities between all involved departments.
- Manage assigned projects from beginning to end, including status reporting, issue tracking, verification
- Create documentations, presentations, and other required documents.
- Lead Business requirements gathering sessions and technical requirements review sessions, as needed.
