SCOPE OF POSITION : Under the supervision of the Divisional Property Director, the Project Coordinator interfaces with The Salvation Army Corps Officers, Cascade Division departments, and selected departments at The Salvation Army Territorial Headquarters as necessary to maintain document control, correspondence files, and to track planned action items for designated projects. The Project Coordinator assists in the process to purchase, sell, and lease property; maintain files for renovation, remodel, or construction of Cascade property; verify the completeness of hazardous material project notifications.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE :
- Required - High school graduate / GED.
Preferred -Associated Degree with coursework in business or office management and accounting. Project management coursework a plus
Preferred - Project management or database management experience. Experience with property management and / or real estate transactions a plus.
