Answers the telephone courteously and directs calls to the appropriate department. Monitors security cameras and entries to ensure visitors do not enter Louisville Area Command without an appointment. Records accurate and complete messages. Receives and acknowledges deliveries and donations. Greets visitors and clients and announces their arrival. Provides general information about The Salvation Army's operations and services.
Key responsibilities:
Work is performed in a typical office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.

- Customer Service
- Answering phones and keeping logs
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- three years of progressively responsible experience working with telephone switchboard responsibilities and monitoring security cameras
- any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
