Overview
Responsible for providing chemical dependency education and group therapy, managing a case load, ensuring adherence to conditions of the Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections and the Harbor Light Complex.
Tuesday - Saturday work schedule. Rate of pay is $21.00 / hr
Responsibilities
- Screening and assessment interview of all clients upon intake, using program approved screening and assessment instruments.
- preparation of CCIS intake report for each new client.
- supervise residents on assigned caseload, meeting as often with them as needed and required.
- facilitate group therapy
- didactic presentations as assigned.
- contribute to discharge plans and reports.
- be knowledgeable of and assist with Thinking for a Change program as needed.
- participate in the family programs.
- other duties as assigned by supervisor, associate director of corrections, director of corrections or the executive director.
