Shifts :
Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PMKey Responsibilities :
Oversee the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) , ensuring structured, high-quality program delivery.Plan, prepare, and manage day-to-day operations of the IOP program.Provide direct supervision to Peer Support Specialists under the guidance of the Director of Outpatient Services.Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards for patient confidentiality and informed consent.Establish meaningful treatment plans , including patient goals, objectives, and interventions.Facilitate aftercare planning in collaboration with patients, families, and support systems.Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating family members when appropriate.Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review treatment progress and address social and occupational barriers.Advocate for patients' rights, coordinate discharge planning, and connect patients with community resources .Assist in program evaluation, including needs assessments, SWOT analyses , and quality improvement initiatives.Stay informed on current research, best practices, and trends in behavioral health services.Collaborate with external agencies (such as skilled nursing facilities) to enhance patient care and support transitions.Maintain an individualized self-care plan to prevent burnout and enhance professional growth.Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related fieldLMSW, ALC, LMFT, or LMHC licensureStrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsExperience in behavioral health, outpatient services, or intensive outpatient programs (IOP) preferredAbility to navigate complex social and behavioral health challenges with professionalismPassion for patient advocacy and improving emotional and social well-beingDesire for personal and professional growth within a collaborative and supportive teamJoin Our Team!
