Business Office Manager & Human Resources Manager
The Sanctuary at Wilmington Place is a not-for profit healthcare campus with a 63-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and 31-bed Assisted Living Community. Our primary focus is providing high quality nursing care and other related services for residents in need. Our services include short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite care.
Major responsibilities include:
- Recruit, onboard, orient, and retain employees
- Manage payroll and coordination of benefits with benefits administrator
- Oversee patient billing, petty cash, resident funds, and census reconciliation
- Process collections for accounts receivables
- Prepare and retain BOM and HR records, files, and reports in accordance with facility and legal standards
- All other duties assigned by the administrator or corporate office
- Demonstrate a team approach to the duties and coordinate
Qualifications:
Previous experience in long term care is required. Previous BOM and HR experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
