The Sanctuary, one of Sacramento’s premier Dispensaries for Adult Use and Medical cannabis, is growing once again. We are looking for superstars to join our diverse, fun-loving team.

Founded in January 2020, The Sanctuary specializes in cannabis retail sales both in store and delivery. The Sanctuary believes customer service, creative and educational collaborations and community support make the difference !

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Provide optimal customer service to all patients
• Engaging in tactics and practices that push sales and encourage customers to try new products
• Efficiently operate our POS system to finalize register transactions
• Cash Handling
• In store visual merchandising to ensure displayed product and back stock items are well organized
• Ensure the store aesthetics are kept in a clean and presentable manner including but not limited to the cleanliness of customer facing rooms, break rooms, bathrooms, company conference room, etc
• Adhere to all company policies and state mandated compliance regulations
• Collaborate with team members to reach targeted sales goals
• Engage with customers to identify brands / products that are necessary to add to the shelf
• Participate in semi-annual full store meetings
• Other duties as outlined by company leadership

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
