General Position Description
The HR Supervisor will oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficient and smooth execution of HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, training, and staff compliance. This role involves supervising a team of HR staff, collaborating with managers to meet organizational goals, and ensuring that HR policies are effectively implemented and followed.

Performance Requirements
Specifically Responsible For:
- Supervise HR Team: Lead and supervise HR staff, providing guidance, direction, and support. Assign tasks and monitor the team's performance.
- Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and selection. Ensure the organization is staffed with qualified personnel.
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management. Address employee concerns and conflicts, ensuring a positive workplace environment.
- Training & Development: Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Support career development and performance improvement initiatives.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure the organization is compliant with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Advise managers on HR policies and best practices. Adheare and audit all DFPS, state contracting and T3C staff requirements and trainings. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems. Support managers in evaluating employee performance and conducting appraisals.
- Compensation & Benefits: Ensure that compensation and benefits are administered accurately and in accordance with company policies.
- Employee Records & Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and data. Ensure proper documentation for audits.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Oversee workplace health and safety programs. Ensure employees are aware of and follow safety protocols.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present HR-related reports, including employee turnover, retention, and other key metrics to upper management.
- Communication: Effectively communicate HR information to employees and managers.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the HR budget.
List of Duties
· Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws. Supervise and support HR staff, ensuring effective team operations. Prepare HR reports for upper management regarding staffing, turnover, and other HR metrics.
· Oversee and coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
· Oversee Employee Handbook, HR Department Manual, and Policies and Procedures.
· Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
· Set performance goals and objectives for the HR department.
· Oversee distribution, pick up (when staff resigns), and setup of staff computers, name badges, picture badges, and business cards.
· Oversee communication for annual holiday schedule
· Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance morale and retention.
· Oversee performance employee evaluation process.
· Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and act on feedback.
· Oversee staff email accounts
· Ensure company policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws.
· Follow minimum standards, Federal and State guidelines for maintaining staff documentation.
· Monitor workplace safety programs and ensure adherence to safety standards.
· Support the implementation of disciplinary procedures, including warnings or terminations, when necessary.
· Other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Skills:
