Position Summary
The Front Entry Lead acts as a supervisor to the front entry team and is a liaison for the Security team. Front Entry Lead will engage customers, create an exceptional in-store experience and provide leadership and support. They embody the Sanctuary’s Mission, Vision and Values in their words and actions while demonstrating customer experience expertise. Additionally, Front Entry Lead partners with the management team in driving activity to exceed store sales goals, help with team development and assist with store operational procedures.

- Ensure all guests feel welcomed and attended promptly
- Ensure a pleasant and well organized guest experience by communicating with Sales Floor Host to control floor flow
- Inform customers about daily deals and promotions
- Inform customers about trending brands and products
- Inform customers about express and delivery services
- Sign customers up for the Sanctuary text messages
- Hand out marketing materials for promotions and events
- Open the sales floor door and invite customers in to shop when advised by the sales floor host
- Assist with vendor or customer check-ins and support Front Desk Associate to obtain customer profile compliance
- Adhere to all state compliance and company policies
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service and leadership
- Previous cannabis experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
