How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Weekend Shift Manager, you’ll oversee the entire store from open to close. You will manage employees, referred to as Play Attendants, ensuring operations run smoothly and guests have a memorable time. Your responsibilities may include:
- Opening & Closing: You will be responsible for opening & closing the store during your shifts.
- Leading a Team: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that team members deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive, efficient and clean environment.
- Managing Operations: Coordinate store activities & events such as birthday parties, treasure hunts. Additionally you will be responsible for inventory management and customer needs.
- Ensuring Safety and Cleanliness: Enforce safety policies and procedures, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers at all times.
- Handling Customer Concerns: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns with a professional and positive demeanor, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handling Complaints: Address and resolve any complaints with a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor.

What You’ll Need
- Availability on weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be 18 years or older and pass a background check.
