What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cafe Staff-Barista position at THE SANDBAR?
Join our team of great staff on a great lake! This is not a seasonal position. Year round, consistent schedule, fair wage PLUS tips. Cafe staff take orders, prepare food, beverages, liquor and specialty coffee drinks. Barista and/or bartending experience or previous restaurant experience in the kitchen is a plus, but not necessary. If you are customer service oriented and enjoy coffee we will train you. Staff must be willing to work independently and as a small team in a fast paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Must be outgoing, energetic and able to be on your feet for 7 hour shifts. Successful team members are self-motivated and take direction as needed. Free shift beverages, shop discounts and more!
