Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sandwich Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious sandwiches while providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
We are hiring locals within the neighborhood. can work 9:30 am to 2pm or 11am to 4 pm. Saturday 10:30 to 4 pm .No Sundays.
College and home school students are welcome to apply

Duties
- Prepare and assemble a variety of sandwiches according to customer specifications and menu standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all food handling guidelines are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register or POS system.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in food handling and knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is a plus.
- Basic kitchen skills, including food preparation techniques.
- Sales skills, particularly in upselling products to customers.
