Position DescriptionThe Sports Administration Intern will work alongside Lead Camp Coach and report to the Sports-Based Youth Development & Outreach Director to take the lead in capacity-building projects, including assisting with increasing efficiency and processes in program development, event management, and facility administration. Sports Administration Interns will also have the opportunity to attain hands-on experience in fostering a positive camp experience by establishing programming goals and metrics for success. The intern will assist in the execution of daily tasks that contribute to the overall success of our programs and initiatives. By collaborating with experienced professionals, the intern will gain valuable insights into the sports industry and develop essential skills for a future career in sports administration. Ultimately, this role aims to foster a deeper understanding of the business side of sports while contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
