What We're Looking For :
Santé is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Coordinator (LCSW-C or LCPC)(in office) to join our frontline crisis intervention team in Easton and Centreville. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the mobile crisis program, including but not limited to, supervising Mobile Crisis Clinicians, completing clinical assessments, and working as part of a police-based team, providing emergency crisis intervention in the community.
What You'll Do :
- Establishes and monitors work schedules and coordinates / grants staff leave
- Ensures coverage of shifts
- Insures appropriate follow-up with clients admitted to the CRS until discharge per protocols
- Responsible for all case documentation
- Collects, inputs and reports required data
- Responsible for the integrity of data inputted
- Responsible for training and orienting new staff / interns to core competencies including use of the EMR
- Provides clinical backup for MCT and Behavioral Health Response Team, as needed
- Audits open cases per Standard Operation Procedures
- Provides emergency staff coverage in MCT and Behavioral Health Response Team, if needed
- In collaboration with the Director, develops policies and procedures and ensures that they are routinely implemented
- Develops and provides community trainings on requested topics
- Participate in the rotation as the acting on-call supervisor
- Participates in community boards and committees, as needed
- Check work e-mail according to agency protocol
- Participate in and complete all required trainings
- Other duties as assigned
