Santa Fe Olive Oil & Balsamic Co. Retail Sales Associates:
- Influence customer buying decisions, by communicating information about the quality, value and origin of our products including varietal specifics, price comparisons, health benefits, and recipe and usage guidelines.
- Differentiate the Santa Fe Olive Oil & Balsamic Co. brand and products from competitors with genuine & authentic connections with our customers.
- Provide outstanding customer service to every customer who enters our shop. No exceptions.
- Utilize available Santa Fe Olive Oil & Balsamic Co. resources, including training manuals to inform customers of store promotions, email list, upcoming sales, social media & events, to create sales and continually build customer relationships.
- Positively and proactively help solve problems for our customers and can balance multiple customers in a close-knit retail environment.
- Deliver results in their role to contribute to the shop’s success. Are aware of and accountable to store and individual sales goals, professional goals, and overall results.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by consistently treating all policies, values, employees & customers with respect.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and enforce/uphold all company policies & core values.
- Completes floor stocking, replenishment and shipment as needed, in a quick & error-free manner, to ensure customer satisfaction and product availability.
- Maintains store Standards, including visual merchandising directives, per management’s direction to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Is a Brand Ambassador who contributes to acquiring new customers.
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about current food trends. Consistently seeks new food and product knowledge to serve as an expert for our customers.
- Has strong communication, influencing, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Can complete and master tasks quickly and error-free.
- Is confident and can easily build rapport when meeting new people.
- Can assess customer needs and enjoys helping people solve problems.
- Enjoys being part of a small, tight-knit, boutique environment.
- Has at least 1 year of previous retail and/or customer service experience.
Requirements:
· Adherence to newly-instated Covid-19 Safety Procedures
· Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for long periods of time.
· Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office
· Has availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends
