Role Summary
As a Business Operations Manager, you won’t just be managing operations — you’ll be helping build the very system that powers Sapience’s growth across locations and service lines. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
You’ll work directly with our Director of Internal Systems & Location Readiness and Business Data Analyst to bring clarity and structure to a fast-growing organization. From SOP development to backend communication and operational planning, you’ll play a foundational role in shaping the way Sapience scales.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the rollout and refinement of SOPs across departments, ensuring implementation consistency and accuracy.
- Act as the execution arm for internal systems improvement projects led by the Director of Internal Systems & Location Readiness.
- Coordinate with the Business Data Analyst to track KPIs, prepare internal reports, and align operational data with business needs.
- Collaborate with backend teams (finance, technology, HR) to bridge communication and ensure cross-functional workflows run efficiently.
- Monitor internal task pipelines and help document deliverables for department leaders.
- Analyze process inefficiencies, propose improvements, and assist in project management for solution rollouts.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives tied to franchise scalability, cost optimization, and operational tech systems.
Requirements
- 2 years in operations, logistics, or service-based environments.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable to change.
- Familiarity with task management and digital workflow tools is a plus.
- Must be based in Las Vegas and able to work on-site.
