Job Title: Outbound Sales Call Specialist (Part-Time, On-Site)
Location: 8965 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV
Compensation: $20/hour $25 commission for every customer who becomes a paying client after their free trial
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM & Saturday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Part-Time, On-Site)
About the Role:
Sapience Tutoring is hiring a Part-Time Outbound Sales Call Specialist to connect with families who have already shown interest in our services—this is not cold calling. All leads have either previously inquired, enrolled, attended an event, or been referred to us.
Your job is to reconnect with these warm leads, reintroduce them to our free unlimited tutoring trial, and guide them toward scheduling a session. If they become a paying customer after their trial, you earn a $25 bonus per family.
What You’ll Do:
- Call families who have submitted inquiries or been past guests/customers—no cold leads
- Explain our free tutoring trial and how Sapience supports students in all subjects and grade levels
- Build trust, answer questions, and schedule appointments
- Log call outcomes and follow-ups in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Coordinate with the on-site team to ensure a seamless handoff
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, clear, and confident communicator with great phone presence
- Ability to lead a conversation and guide families toward action
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent spoken English and strong listening skills
- Comfortable using computer systems and CRM tools (training provided)
What You’ll Need:
- Must be available for the full on-site schedule
- Prior phone sales or customer service experience preferred
- Organized, punctual, and responsive to coaching
